Customer rights under Australian Consumer Law
GLAXMIX products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do, the customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy.Change of mind returns
For change-of-mind returns, customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving their order. The item must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories, packaging, manuals, and any included parts returned. Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged, altered, or is missing parts.Faulty or damaged items
